Facebook and TBS Announce Branded Video Partnership
According to Mashable, TBS is working with DumbDumb to create, distribute, and promote, up to six different short-form branded video series to air on Facebook.
We for one, appreciate this kind of multi-screen approach. The deal offers more value for advertisers by fully integrating their brands into comedy based videos series, which can then be cleverly delivered to engaged and interested audiences wherever those audiences are watching.
In terms of this new partnership, it is unclear whether the Facebook audience will be the brand’s or TBS’s or both. However, commercials are also slated to air on TBS advertising the brand’s online videos.
